Star Simmons is amazing! When we moved to the area 4 years ago we had so many let downs and bad experiences trying to find our home up here we had decided to wait a while. A month ago we happened across a listed property through realtor and she reached out to us to help us make our dreams come true and that is exactly what she did! She baby stepped us through the whole process even helping me learn to better use my own phone to scan and send documents to the lending company we were working with. She’s definitely one of the good ones! She’s cares about her clients and helping them get what they want but also led us to make sure to cover ourselves and not to be afraid to negotiate a little when certain things came up.
